Support for service users who wish to become involved with planning, delivering and monitoring their services, via MK SURF (Service User Recovery Forum).

Self Directed Support Advice Service

Support and advice for people in receipt of Self Directed Support payments throughout Buckinghamshire. People's Voices provides:

  • brokerage - help with deciding how best to find services
  • financial advice on how to administer the payments
  • help with the employment process (eg; advertising, interviewing, security checking).

Carer and Service User Involvement Programme for Buckinghamshire New University

Carers and Services users play an active role in Higher Education by contributing to the selection of candidates, development of course materials, and evaluation of student work, in the Faculty of Society and Health at Buckinghamshire New University in High Wycombe and at Uxbridge. People's Voices operates a panel of Carers, Service Users (including people who use the Mental Health Service, and people with disabilities or long term conditions) to help with this work.
